Juan D. Abravanel Berdugo is a retired law enforcement professional with 29 years of service in California, where he held leadership roles including Sergeant, Lieutenant, and Parole Agent. He is now an entrepreneur and executive leader, serving as Founder and CEO of U.S. Cannabis Laboratories, an ISO 17025-certified facility, and Executive Director of the Israel Foundation.

In addition to his work in science and public affairs, Juan is actively involved in political consulting, media development, and community advocacy. He has contributed to over 1,000 political campaigns and leads initiatives supporting civil rights, education, and public safety.
